how do i get rid of cavities without drilling or needles?

i think i have a cavatie but i have a phobia of needles. I was wondering if there is any way to get rid of them with out any drilling or needles?

I had one that they put a sealant on. Unfortunately, I don't think you can choose what your dentist does to fix it.
