What's a good sport that helps lose weight and doesn't take a lot of fitness.?

I'm 13, 190 pounds and I'm looking for a sport to help me pass time and lose weight. My main problem is endurance, I can run for a while but then get really tired and so I'm looking for a sport that doesn't completely put running our of the question but doesn't require a lengthy amount of it. That's pretty much all I'm looking for so if anyone could help me find a good sport for me then I would appreciate it. Thanks in advanced.

Sooo you might try water sports. You end up getting a harder workout without realizing it because of the gravity in water thing. Also, tennis does take some endurance, but it's one of those sports that you can adapt to your level. So like, you could play for like half an hour each day till you build up the endurance to play for more time, but no matter how long you play for, you're still getting a workout.
Also, yoga is good for not moving around much. I'm not too sure if people lose weight doing it, but it's a great way to stay in shape and increase flexibility.
And to whoever made the fridge comment--that was unnecessarily rude and mean-spirited. You should be ashamed of yourself. Go grow some compassion.
