How can I prevent a sweater from shedding?

I just bought a 50% viscose, 30% cotton, 15% angora, 5% cashmere sweater. I've worn it once for about an hour and it COVERED my coat in clumps of fur. I've checked various pages online, and there's differing opinions of what to do to prevent the shedding. Any ideas of what to do for this blend of sweater?

um.... actually i don't think there is a way to stop the shedding.
