Discount Yarn For Sale

Please help...?

I am interested in these new pants that are out....they are kind of like a capri, light weight material, yet flared at the leg. The ones I have seen so far look like rayon material and kind of dressy. They hit right below the knee...are these considered a capri or called something else? Thanks for all your replies:)
