What is the difference between silk Organza and poly organza?

I was wondering what the differences are between these two materials? are there big differences to look at do they move differently, would the untrained eye notice differences between the two?

Organza fabrics, whether silk, rayon, or polyester, are characteristically thin, stiff, and have a somewhat transparent fabric surface. They are produced in a number of different weights, with sheer organza fabric being distinctly crisp and heavy organza cloth being actually quite stiff.

Silk Organza - A sheer, lightweight organza that is moderately wiry. Usually reserved for underlining another silk, flower girl dresses, christening dresses, some bedding accessories and interfacings for sheers or semi-sheers or where an extremely light stiffening is required. Can be dyed any color but it has some minor distortion from dyeing because of sheerness and irregularity of twisted yarns. Washable and will retain crispness only if washed in cold water. Needs to be pressed while still wet.

So, no...they are basically the same, and it would be hard to tell one from the other.
