Black Blue

The colours do not appear when I am printing. The black is OK but only the blue works from the colour cartridg?

I have refilled both cartridges a few times. The printer is a Lexmark X1100 I have cleaned the nozzle's four times, aligned the cartridges several times also. I have removed the colour cartridge and wiped it with a damp cloth. When I print a document all I get is black & blue.

MAYBE THE CARTRIDGES HAVE GONE DRYNEAR PRINTING POINT DIP CARTRIDGE HEAD IN WARM WATER AND IF YOU SEE ALL THREE COLOURS THEN ITS RELEASED AND WORK FINE OTHER THAN THAT TRY NEW CARTRIDGES IN PRINTER
