My husband loves Del Taco and the chicken soft tacos they have and wants to know if anyone can replicate that sauce at home? We moved out of California and he's jonesing for it... lol any help or recipes for the white sauce is much appreciated!
It's a mayonase and sour cream mix. Maybe mix mayo with a hint of what's in tatar sauce (Minus the relish) and you've pretty much good to go. You might just want to call a Del Taco and ask the manager. It's not secret Big Mac Sauce ( Thousand Island Dressing..Shhhhh) it's just chicken taco sauce.
Congrats on moving out of CA. It's the new California Dreamin'.....to leave CA.
