when you practice your silk reeling how long do you do it and how many times a week. plus how long do you meditate for.
im just wondering

do you feel healthy
are you confident
I started martial arts when I turned 18. I'm 32 now. Along with Choy Li Fut Kung Fu I studied Yang Style Tai Chi. It is a daily thing for me. I usually practice the internal part for about an hour. As for meditating, I've been doing that since I was 15. I do all these things because I want to better myself physically, mentally, and spiritually. It has brought my confidence up 110% and I always feel real healthy and strong after a work out. Did I mention I'm a mother of two?
