Ice Rosita

which demographic do either tna or wwe need to work on more, the black market or the hispanic market?

id say the african american demographic for wwe because they already have rey mysterio, alberto del rio and sin cara to cater to the hispanic market and tna has hernandez and the silly knockouts tag champs sarita and rosita (i am not knocking sarita and rosita, though giving them similar names is silly and racist, but i am making fun of the fact tna has a women's tag title). but can you really think of anybody (aside from john "vanilla ice 2.0" cena) who currently represents the black community in a strong capacity?

ok so cena represents those middle class white kids who are rich and think they're black, so he dont count
aaron, that was lame

WWE needs to appeal to 18-40 year olds of any demographic. The Attitude Era was so successful because it was directed to an older audience. It's the people of this age that pay the bills , pay for the merchandise, pay for the PPV etc. Not the 2-5 year old demographic that The Rock said lol.
I son't think there really should be a black demographic; they shouldn't hire and push a black guy specifically to appeal to black people. Hire them if they're right for the job, and don't give them a racial sterotype such as a criminal (JTG), or rapper (R-Truth; even if he is a rapper).
They need to continue pushing Kofi Kingston because we saw from his short feud with Randy Orton that he can be a main event level star.
I honestly think, if the WWE, and TNA just start to produce better, adult oriented programming, it should appeal to all demographics. It may be beneficial to push Yoshi Tatsu, and maybe get another couple of Japanese and Chinese guys (I believe they have one in FCW). Khali is hugely popular in India, the Mexican guys are great, they have a fair few British stars, and Sheamus (occasionally Finlay too) for the Irish. These are the main, big countries they need to reach, so WWE is doing an OK job at the moment. Just cater to adults more.
TNA just need to cater to people, ie get a decent creative team that doesn't leave their viewers feeling confused, cheated and patronised. Simples!
