Ice Linen

ok i cant really recall anything that i may have done to my shoulder other then last January when i fell up stairs after the superbowl and i grabed the railing on my way down my right shoulder pulled back... i never went to the dr and everything was fine... then a couple of weeks ago my right shoulder started aching and then last night at work when i lifted my arm up above my head i heard a pop and since then my shoulder has been aching. I cant see any significant swelling...
my job is a CNA and i am always pulling and pushing on people and heavy linen carts... i am in PT for my knee injury and i was wondering if i should ask the terapist to take a look at my shoulder or should i just ice it and try to take it easy

I would agree with the first poster if you had not mentioned the pop. That worries me that you have a torn rotator cuff. You need to see an orthopedic surgeon for that type injury. If you heard the pop at work then you should report it now so that you can get some help from the place you work.
