Hugo Wool

I recently went to Macy's looking for a new jacket, and I found a Hugo Boss Military style jacket(the ones with 4 front pockets, and simple epaulettes). I believe it was made out of nylon, though I'm not 100% sure on that. I'm a tall guy with pretty long arms, and was surprised by how well it fits and feels.
Unfortunately I'm not inclined to dropping 250$ on a jacket. I understand Hugo Boss is one of the rare cases where you actually are paying for quality, not name-brand, but I'm sure there's an alternative without sacrificing too much quality. I'd rather not spend that much unless absolutely necessary.
Any help with locating a similar jacket? Preferably not in wool.
