Floss Cones

i have eaten a bowl of chocolate mini weetabix and skimmed milk
chicken casserole
some rhubarb and vanilla yoghurt
2 doughnuts :O
a cone of chips
some candy floss
. i went to a fair and just couldnt resist the last 3 things
Its okay to have the odd 'off' day where your diet isn't great. Even celebrities have the odd binge. If you're paranoid that tomorrow when you go on the scales you're weight will be higher because of the amount of food in you, don't worry, its normal to sometimes be up to 2 pounds heavier or lighter in the morning, depending on food and water in take. Thank you.
