Flag Custom

My schools student councle wants to make a school flag by having students draw what they would like to see in our school flag. The only problem we are having is finding a company that will do a custom flag from a drawing. Do any of you know of a place that does this?

Oh and if you know the 'regular' size of a flag that would help. Like the size of a flag you would see on a flag pole.
