Curly Wurly Sexy Hair!!!?

how can you get tight curly hair without using curling iron and foam rollers... please help!!!

I have very very curly hair, and what I do to it gets my curly looking like Shirley Temple ringlets. First, I use Matrix Sleek Look shampoo and conditioner. They have a cheaper version of this at Sally Beauty Supple called Slick Line. After I get out of the shower I put two pumps of Frizz-Ease wind down cream and brush through it and get some nice curls in my hair. From there I put it into a towel for about 2 minutes. It still needs to be pretty damp while you're putting the rest of the products in it. I use a gel from Sally called Silk Elements. This stuff doesn't harden or flake. I put alot in my hair so that it holds up throughout the day. After I have the gel in I curl messy pieces with my fingers. Then I flip my head and scrunch it up with my towel. After that I go over my whole head with some Tresemme hair spray... I use the lowest hold hairspray. Hope that helps.
