what color makeup to wear with kelly green dress?

I go to a formal event and wearing a kelly green suit. It has gold beads on the shoulder (a shoulder dress) and I wear gold accessories, I have blue eyes and light brown hair. What color makeup should I wear (eyeshadow, lipstick, etc.) that will meet my eyes and hair, but also look good with my dress?

You could do the smoky eye, bare lips or just mascara and lipstick or mix togther two.
