What is the best way to get black hair blue?

I really want an intense blue-black dye. I feria tired and all these types of marks and they never have enough blue in them. I want a shiny blue Nice. But I really want to try to avoid money if I can. & Please do not go to a salon or use comments manic panic hairdye comments.

Get a Raven hair dye. because im pretty sure thats what the color is called.
