Did Specter switch because he realizes 0bama hasn't changed much from Bush?

0bama did a lot of grandstanding of how things were going to be different. Yet, very little is changing. So does it really matter what party Specter is?

- NAFTA still the same --- jobs left the country and aren't coming back thanks to Clinton signing NAFTA and MFN for China.
